Refund policy

Full access

Access is a single payment of US$20 for 6 months. If the app is not useful to you, ask for a full refund within 7 days of your purchase by writing to contacto@tuimpulsalab.com from the email you used to pay. We refund to the same payment method through Stripe; your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it. When the refund is issued, the 6 months of that payment are removed from your access.

After 7 days, payments are not refundable, except where the law requires it or if the app was unavailable for a long period because of us.

If a payment is disputed with your bank (a chargeback), the 6 months of that payment are removed from your access. If you have a problem with a payment, write to us first at contacto@tuimpulsalab.com: it is usually faster.
